Make your trip to Butte really

1882's Miner's cottage. This house
is directly across from the Original
Mine in Historic Uptown Butte. The
archives are just three blocks away and only one block west of Main Street. Its the only
one like it. Mike and Cheryl Gordon have completely restored this cottage with new
plumbing, heating. windows, wiring, stained glass fixtures and insulation along with a wrap
around deck to fully enjoy a beautiful 180 degree view of uptown and the lovely mountain
ranges that surround Butte. A local craftsman and artisan , Richard "Evel" Schmidt, added
exterior decor and charm!
You will love the roomy studio type cottage. It has a fully furnished kitchen; a new queen
size bed, with two twin day beds, comfortably sleeps four people; bathroom with a huge old
claw foot bathtub; outdoor BBQ grill; antique decor; original wooden floors; a deck with
spectacular views! You'll love your stay at Aunt Babe's!
